Canoeing has been my favorite pastime for several years. Whenever I have time and the weather is favorable me and my friends organize canoeing trips. These expeditions enable me to take a break from reality. The peace and quiet in the midst of forests and rivers is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Another passion that fills my free time, especially during autumn and winter evenings, is literature. Reading allows me to enter another world away from everyday issues and concerns. Books often accompany me on my trips which makes the time go much faster.

My name is Pawel Szmulski and I am an employee of Agaflex company – I am involved in spreading the good news about our innovative products. It comes to my mind easily – the thought of directing our company is connected with my passions. Water is my element! In the break between acquiring new customers I look for flights to distant parts of the world where I dive, sail and learn business techniques from the best – my mentor is Brian Tracy. However, I do not stop at developing only outside the borders. When I am in Poland, I regularly do boxing, and to have the strength to fight my competition, I train my muscle strength in the gym. My versatility, self-confidence, hitness and a mixture of intelligence and nonchalance allow me to make friends easily, including the beautiful womans. In selling myself and Agaflex products I have no equal, so I warn the competition – don’t even try to get ahead of us – and so it will end up with a knockout in the first round!

I like to live an active life, I love animals, most of all horses, but mechanical ones. I have always been interested in motorization, especially motorcycles and everything related to them. I participate in various motorcycle parties and events at home and abroad. I like adrenaline, fast riding however, I follow the rule “ride fast, but so that your guardian angel can keep up with you”. The other side of automotive interests is offroad 4×4 where, together with a crew of friends, we like to splash in the mud on the training ground or wilderness expeditions together with our families, the worse the weather the better. I like to repair my so-called “debris” myself as much as possible and use mechanics as a last resort in situations beyond my means. At home with the kids, we have two cats, an aquarium with fish and a terrarium with a gecko, where we share pet care duties.

In my free time I like to read books – reading is my hobby, which allows me to get away from everyday life and expand my knowledge. I also enjoy good series and movies, especially those with a well-written plot. For many years, I have derived great pleasure from hiking and traveling together with my wife – it is not only a way of active recreation, but also valuable time spent together.
Much of my time is also consumed by my dog Aslan, who can effectively ensure that I am never bored.

My passion which absorbs more and more of my free time is photography. Through photographs I try to show what for other people may remain invisible, I can capture every unique and irretrievable moment. more and more often I take black and white pictures which not only can lend to all captured moments a unique atmosphere and character of timelessness, but they also sharpen the viewer’s attention and allow him or her to see things that otherwise would be considered ordinary and quite normal like in the case of color photography.

Basketball is my passion since childhood. Ever since I remember, I’ve always liked rivalry on the pitch as well as TV coverage straight from the USA. I have also recently discovered running. I get lifebalance in private by participating in the basketball league and getting the crowns of half-marathons.

Fishing turned out to be my passion. Until recently I was thinking about sitting with a fishing rod as a hobby worthy of a pensioner. Today, when I found out what it looked like, I changed my mind. I appreciate the opportunity to spend a few hours in the bosom of nature, away from the hustle and bustle, duties and the rushing world. Despite the fact that the result of fishing is usually poor, I still come home with a smile on my face.
