Universal AGA self couplers are the following:
AK –fittings with a compression joint for plain-ended pipe on one side and male theread on the other
IK – fittings with a compression joint for plain-ended pipe on one side and female theread on the other
OK – fittings with a compression joint for plain-ended pipe on both sides
TK – fittings with a compression joint for plain-ended pipe on both sides and 90° outlet with female thread
AGA fittings are used for sealing and repairs of damaged water installations, extending watter installations and building new ones with maximum operating pressure of 16 bar.
AGA fittings are used for connecting steel, PE and other pipes with outer diameters within the theoretical range of application shown in tables below.
Maximum operating temperaturę 80°
Components of AGA fittings :
- sleeve and nut – black malleable iron
- compression ring – galvanized carbon steel
- washer – galvanized carbon steel
- sealing ring – NBR rubber.
AGA Sealing and Tapping-and-Sealing Clamps:
OBA two-part clamp with a sealing sleeve
OBD two-part clamp with a sealing sleeve and an outlet with male thread
AGA clamps are used for sealing and repairs of damaged water supply installations, and in the case of AGA OBD clamps – for their extension at a maximum operating pressure of 16 bar.
AGA clamps are used for connecting steel, PE and other pipes with outer diameters within the theoretical range of application as shown in the tables below.
Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
Components of AGA clamps are made as follows:
- top and bottom part of clamp – black malleable cast iron;
